Comentario : Hotel bien situé, accueil parfait.
Un seul problème, les chambre 801 & 803 que nous avions ont besoin d'un sérieux rafraichissement ( peinture écaillée, rideaux déchirés,lampe de chevet ne fonctionnant pas, bruit de clim externe de l'hotel, même fenêtre fermée, ...)
Par contre linge de toilette remplacé tous les jours. lit et ménage fait tous les jours.Litterie correcte.

Comentario : ns avions demandé une chambre au calme pas sur rue et étage élevé, l'hôtel avait répondu ok par mail ds ce sens mais à l'arrivée, chambre petite et côté rue...il a fallu demander à changer et cela a été fait facilement.
Insonorisation moyenne cependant - Le rapport qualité -prix est surement meilleur ds d'autres hôtels mais reste correct

Comentario : l 'hotel a vraiment d'un coup de rafraichissement
la chambre que nous avons eu était vraiment petite juste pour dormir, impossible d' y rester debout car juste une allée entre le mur et les lits.
Moquette très vieille et sales,idem pour les mûrs
Bon accueil, bonne localisation et bon petit déjeuner.

Comentario : Helpful front desk staff. However, we were disappointed and spent a great deal of time finding parking and lugging our luggage through the streets since the woman answering the phone when we called as we approached Lisbon by car would not give us directions to the closest parking garage.
The breakfast was wonderful.

location is very good. taxis are better then bus (aerobus)
